4Star AI is operated by OPRODUCT LLC (OPRODUCT MCHJ), Tashkent, Uzbekistan, taxpayer ID (INN) 313154727 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and what control you have. Questions: umid@4starai.uz.

1. Data we collect

We do not collect government identifiers, health data or precise location, and we do not sell personal data.

2. Why we use it

• To create and secure your account and sign you in (including from Claude or ChatGPT).
• To run the generations you request, show you the price before running them, charge your balance and refund failed generations.
• To store your results in your library so you can view and download them.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with law.
• To fix errors and improve the service using aggregated usage statistics.

3. Who receives it

We share data only with service providers that process it for us under their own security and privacy terms:

• Infrastructure: Supabase (accounts, database, file storage, server functions), Cloudflare (website hosting, network, MCP endpoint), Bunny CDN (delivery of generated files), Google Cloud (media processing, translation).
• AI model providers that receive the prompt and reference files of a generation you request: OpenAI (GPT Image), Google (Nano Banana / Gemini image models), BytePlus / ByteDance (Seedance video models), Kling AI (video models), ElevenLabs (speech recognition and voice), Anthropic (text and analysis features).
• Payment providers (for example Payme and Click) when you top up your balance.
• The AI assistant you connect (for example Claude or ChatGPT) receives the tool results you asked for — your balance, prices, links to your results. Their handling of your conversation is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Authorities, when required by applicable law.

4. How long we keep it

• Account data — while your account exists; deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete the account.
• Generated results and uploaded references — until you delete them or your account is deleted.
• Balance and payment records — as long as required by tax and accounting law of Uzbekistan.
• Technical logs — usually up to 90 days.
• AI assistant connections — until you disconnect the app or the access expires; you can revoke access at any time.

5. Your controls

• View and download your results and balance history in your account.
• Disconnect 4Star AI from Claude, ChatGPT or any other assistant in that assistant's settings; it then can no longer act on your account.
• Ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to umid@4starai.uz from your account email. We answer within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to accounts uses passwords or Google sign-in and OAuth 2.1 tokens for connected apps; we never ask for your password inside an AI chat. Access inside our systems is limited to what is needed to run the service.

7. Children

4Star AI is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Users aged 13–17 may use the service only with permission of a parent or guardian.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use the browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember settings such as language. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes are announced on the website.
