These terms govern your use of 4Star AI — the website 4starai.uz, the 4Star AI apps for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients, the Premiere Pro plugin and related products (the "Service"), operated by OPRODUCT LLC (OPRODUCT MCHJ), Tashkent, Uzbekistan, INN 313154727. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

4Star AI lets you generate images, videos, audio and subtitles with AI models from third-party providers and manage the results. Available models, features and prices may change over time.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• One person or organization may not use the Service to bypass limits or abuse promotions.

3. Balance and prices

• Generations are paid from your prepaid 4Star AI balance in US dollars. The price of each generation is shown before it starts.
• If a generation fails on our or the provider's side, its charge is returned to your balance automatically.
• Successful generations cannot be refunded, because the provider's computing cost has already been incurred. Unused balance is refunded only where required by law.
• Prices are the same whether you use the website, the plugin or a connected AI assistant.

4. Using 4Star AI from Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants

• When you connect 4Star AI to an AI assistant, you authorize that assistant to call 4Star AI tools on your account: check your balance, estimate prices, start generations and read your recent results.
• The assistant must tell you the price and get your confirmation before starting a paid generation; our server refuses a generation whose price is higher than the price you confirmed.
• You can disconnect the app at any time in the assistant's settings. The assistant's own service is provided by its developer under its own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create or distribute:

• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• sexual or intimate images of real people, or deceptive "deepfakes" of real people without their consent;
• content that harasses, threatens or incites violence or hatred, or promotes self-harm;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others;
• fraud, spam, malware, or anything illegal under the law of Uzbekistan or your country.

Our model providers also apply their own safety filters and may refuse a request. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads. Subject to these terms and the providers' terms, you may use the results you generate, including commercially. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload and for how you use the results. You give us the permission needed to store, process and show your content to you in order to provide the Service.

7. AI output

AI-generated results can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other content. Review results before using them. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to 4Star AI in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of third-party providers.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We may update them; the date above shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the update. Contact: umid@4starai.uz.
